Free delivery
Orders above ৳2000 ship free inside Dhaka, above ৳2500 in sub-urban zones and above ৳3000 outside Dhaka. Some featured products carry free delivery regardless of cart value — it is marked on the product page.
Courier partners
We ship through Steadfast, Pathao Courier and RedX. You receive an SMS with the tracking code as soon as your parcel is handed over.
Checking before payment
You may open and inspect the parcel before paying. If the product is not what you ordered, refuse the parcel and we bear the return cost.
