Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by phone or SMS, and the contract is formed at that point. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock or if the delivery address is outside our service area.

Pricing

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charge is shown separately at checkout. Seasonal items such as khejur gur are priced per batch and may change between harvests.

Health claims

Our products are foods, not medicines. Nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Traditional uses are described as tradition, not as medical advice. Consult a qualified doctor before starting any supplement, especially during pregnancy or if you take prescription medicine.

Cash on delivery abuse

Repeatedly refusing delivered parcels without reason may result in your number being restricted to advance payment only.
