Ajwa is the small, almost black date grown around Madinah, prized for its soft texture and gentle, raisin-like sweetness. Quality varies enormously in the Bangladeshi market — most cheap Ajwa is either dry, old-season stock, or a lookalike variety.
We import Grade A current-season Ajwa, hand sort out every broken or over-dried piece, and vacuum pack in 1kg boxes so the moisture stays right until you open it.

Seven dates in the morning is the traditional practice. Store in a cool dry place, or refrigerate in summer to keep them soft.

Real Ajwa is small, matte black-brown, soft but not sticky, and has very fine white lines on the skin. It is never glossy — a shiny coating usually means glucose syrup.
We stock Ajwa all year, but demand peaks in Ramadan. Order early in Shaban to avoid stockouts.
