The connector bar turns the pair into a short barbell for bench and floor presses, which is what makes a 20 kg set enough for a beginner's entire programme.

Tighten both collars fully before every set — check them again after warm-up. Lift over a mat, never over tiles. Start with a weight you can control for twelve clean repetitions.

Returns
Open the parcel in front of the delivery agent. If it is damaged, wrong or not what you ordered, refuse it and pay nothing. Within 7 days of delivery, record an unboxing video and message us on WhatsApp for a full refund including the delivery charge.
