Adults and children over 12: one to two tablets every four to six hours as needed. Do not take more than eight tablets (4000 mg) in 24 hours. Take after food if it upsets your stomach.

Returns
Open the parcel in front of the delivery agent. If it is damaged, wrong or not what you ordered, refuse it and pay nothing. Within 7 days of delivery, record an unboxing video and message us on WhatsApp for a full refund including the delivery charge.
Never double up on paracetamol. Many cold and flu combinations already contain it — check the label before adding another dose.
Paracetamol is generally considered the safest option, but ask your doctor before taking anything while pregnant.
